Betty Crocker 100 Piece Cake Decorating Kit, Instruction and Decorating Idea Book.Don't waste your money!
I have had cake decorating classes before and for that I purchased Wilton's kit, which is the best. My daughter loved the betty crocker's after watching it on TV. I bought it so we can decorate together with a newer kit. The best feature of this set is the BOX!! Nothing else!! As some buyers mentioned, it is just plastic junk. The worst part is the large funnel tube which needs a lot of frosting that you can never push out. The bags break with every squeeze. At the end, I gave up leaving a ton of mess and went back to my good old kit that never failed me. What is terrible is that they made the funnel such a size which never fits another tip but its own. The plastic tips don't allow frosting to come out unless it is as soft as whipped cream, now how would I do my roses with such consistency?? But at least I got a plastic box to keep my other decorating tips in and nice stencil letters, other than that, I wouldn't spend $3 for it.
Waste of Money
This was horrible. I purchased this at Target in hopes to make birthday cakes for our small get togethers and what not and this was just junk! It was messy, the bag ripped, the "stencil" just took the icing right off along with some of the cake and left NO outline of what I was suspposed to be able to fill in with colored icing. I followed the directions to a tee for their icing and it was just horrible. I ended up wasing a ton of icing from trying to put it in the bag and taking it off of the cake. I finally gave up and threw it in the trash and had to patch up the cake with the extra icing we had left over. So we ended up having a birthday cake with no writing and just candles. Next time I will just order it or buy those nasty letters you stick on and throw those out. It would have been much cheaper!
Junk, junk, junk
My little niece saw this on TV and thought it looked great. After waiting for about six weeks, it arrived today. It is nothing but a pieces of plastic junk. What a joke.
Fun!
This was a gift for my neice who loves to bake. It came in time for christmas and she loved it.
Don't waste your money - Don't believe the hype
Doesn't work and very disappointing for me and my young baker. Don't waste your money.
